The VIE program is a specific program led by the French government, with specific criteria. It requires you to :

Be a European citizen aged between 18 and 28  on the date of registration, whatever training level.
Be a graduate student, with a fluent level in English.
Have never done any V.I.E. in the past.
Not have worked previously in the host country.

VINCI Construction Polska is currently expanding its operations and enhancing its support services. As part of this growth, we have established a shared service center (SSC) to streamline our processes. The controlling and reporting department, a vital part of this SSC, oversees various business areas, including Infrastructure, Building, Quarries, and Mass Bituminous production.

That’s why we are looking for a Junior Controller VIE (F / M) who will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the new rules currently being deployed.

What can you expect as a Junior Controller @VINCI Construction Polska?

Based in Warsaw, you will assist in the deployment of new financial rules, collaborate on ERP system-related tasks, and contribute to key reporting and auditing activities. This position offers a great opportunity to develop financial expertise in an international and dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will revolve around 3 axes :

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Analyze operating results , including budgets, profits / losses, and cost overruns.

Contribute to monthly reporting and budgeting processes.

Assist in the consolidation of financial data and performance tracking.

ERP & Process Improvement

Support senior controllers in ERP-related tasks and financial system enhancements.

Help implement new financial rules and ensure compliance.

Auditing & Compliance

Participate in internal and external audits .

Assist in monitoring the implementation of post-audit recommendations .

You have a master’s degree in finance, accounting or a business school graduate , or a related field.

To help you take on your first missions and feel at ease with the assignments, you understand and have a first initial experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting .

The role involves working with large sets of data. Strong analytical skills will help in interpreting data, identifying trends, and ensuring accurate reporting.

A mastery of Excel is needed, and a familiarity with SAP functionality to customise and leverage reports to meet business needs is a plus.

Confidence in your verbal and written communication skills will help you convey technical financial topics in an engaging and accessible way.

You’ll be collaborating across diverse teams, and you’ll need all the support you can get. Thanks to your curiosity and your sociability , you’ll quickly adapt and be integrated.

Your everyday life, the tools you will work with will be in Polish : as such, you need to feel confident enough about your English and Polish level , in terms of writing but also speaking. (If you don't speak Polish, there's a high chance we won't be able to consider your application).

You have your driving license to help you navigate between the different sites and projects you’ll be supporting.
