Description

Requirements Who we are looking for A strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead co-marketing campaigns and programs with our key partners. This role serves as the central advocate for partner marketing within the organisation, driving pipeline and opportunity creation. You will lead the execution of partner programs, manage sponsorship budgets, contribute to social media strategy, and support partner events. Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing plans for scaled partner accounts, ensuring alignment and success.

About You :

  • Project management experience in partner marketing, specifically within RSI / GSI / ISV / Tech ecosystems, driving co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong partner management with an ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships, ensuring excellent communication and messaging alignment skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic campaign and event planning, from development through execution.
  • Strong understanding of field and / or product marketing principles, with experience managing partner ecosystem campaigns and product launches.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, including forecasting, tracking, reporting, and presenting detailed financial analyses.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Technology Trends, along with a high-level grasp of AI.

Your future role

  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with strategic partners (e.g., AI partner ecosystem, data partner ecosystem).
  • Execute partner marketing programs, including centrally managed initiatives and localised events (e.g., partner events, local sponsorships).
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to ensure marketing plans align with joint priorities and drive mutual success.
  • Manage sponsorship marketing program budget allocation, including forecasting, tracking and reporting to ensuring efficient use of resources and maximising ROI.
  • Oversee regional social media posting and paid social execution, ensuring alignment with partner and Client’s brand guidelines.
  • Support the execution of partner events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring seamless planning and impactful experiences.
  • Manage scaled partner accounts by co-creating marketing plans, setting clear goals and metrics, and supporting the execution of campaigns and messaging.
  • Utilise marketing tools (CRM, automation) to manage campaigns and track performance.
