The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Engagement Manager.
At the PMO, there is a team of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services.
In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and is an important project stakeholder during delivery.

Your responsibilities
Being in the Bid Leader role, accountable and responsible for presales quality and efficiency, and the final result of the bid management process according to the company’s standards and methodologiesDeveloping customer / subcontractor / vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and the project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during the presales and delivery stagesWorking as a Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards, and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management processActing as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase, if necessarySupervising and supporting the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamworkAddressing customer issues and working with sales teams to generate new businessParticipating in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of SiiOur requirements
Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise levelKnowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tenders will be an additional advantageExcellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirementsFamiliarity with negotiation techniquesAbility to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processesCan-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with peopleVery good command of English and PolishResiding in Poland requiredOptional
