responsibilities :
Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Identify, prepare, and grow opportunities that bring value to both the client and Astral Forest.
Coordinate the preparation of client proposals and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Support pre-sales and sales efforts by providing domain-specific technical and management input.
Get things done - plan, execute, and deliver data projects with high quality and within agreed timelines.
Build delivery plans, including time estimates, resource planning, and quality expectations.
Ensure proper governance of delivery processes, aligning with organizational standards.
Proactively identify and manage delivery risks to prevent issues before they arise.
Take full ownership of delivery capacity planning, ensuring the right mix of skills and seniority across teams.
Contribute to the evolution and improvement of internal delivery methodologies and best practices.
Help shape the company’s operational culture around accountability, collaboration, and quality.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in navigating both business and tech conversations.

Track record in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing or BI projects.
5+ years of experience working with clients to understand business needs and shape data solutions.
Solid understanding of software development and product lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
Hands-on knowledge of data engineering principles and data platform architecture.
Familiarity with a wide range of Data & Analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Python, LLMs, predictive analytics, ML, data modelling).
Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or GCP).
Understanding of data visualization practices and data-related security topics.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and stay calm when things heat up.
Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken (English B2+).
