About the role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive NATO & Defense Pre-Sales Project Manager to orchestrate critical workstreams for strategic sales opportunities within the Public Sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all pre-sales commitments, with a primary focus on NATO and broader Defense initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead project management for various workstreams associated with ongoing NATO sales opportunities (approximately 60% of time).
  • Collaborate closely with the Defense business sales lead to manage pre-sales projects for other Defense opportunities (approximately 30% of time).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, owners, and timelines.
  • Run regular cadences to ensure deliverables for these opportunities are completed on time and to the required quality.
  • Proactively follow up with individual task owners to track progress.
  • Identify and effectively escalate blockers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate clear status updates to relevant leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a risk register, actively tracking and mitigating potential project risks.
  • Engage directly with external partners and customer stakeholders as needed to facilitate project success.

Skills & Experience

  • Overall 5+ years of work experience with Project / Program Management.
  • 2+ years Pre-Sales Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Optional - proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
