Full Stack Software Engineer - Team Lead (Internal Tooling)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing training, career development, and technical guidance.
• Participate actively in recruitment efforts to grow the team with high-quality engineers. Design, develop, and deploy internal tools and platforms using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, SRE, HR, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and prioritize development tasks.
• Own and maintain the technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, with a focus on long-term, scalable solutions.
• Ensure all internal servicesply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
