About the Role

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Industrial Development (ID) team in Warsaw, Poland. This role will support the Poland ID Country Lead in identifying, developing, and implementing Industrial Development initiatives—including Offset, Industrial Participation, and Industrial Cooperation—related to international defense programs.

You will serve as a key liaison between Lockheed Martin and Polish government and industry stakeholders, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Poland Industrial Development Country Lead in the development and execution of Industrial Development (ID) programs and projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Global Supply Chain, Contracts, Communications, Strategy & Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Programs.
  • Serve as an in-country point of contact for customers and industry partners on ID matters.
  • Assist in maintaining strategic relationships with international organizations, government entities, and industrial partners.
  • Help implement formal ID commitments to ensure compliance, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Support the preparation of annual reports, coordination of internal / external working group meetings, and facilitation of in-country visits by customers or partners.
  • Align efforts with long-term business development strategies and support international business captures and pursuits.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or relevant operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact across all levels of business and government.
  • Experience supporting international defense programs and understanding of FMS / DCS.
  • Familiarity with international customer environments and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Capture management planning and execution experience.
  • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin MFC products and services.
  • Technical knowledge of precision weapons, delivery platforms, or ground systems.
  • Military experience or background in DoD, C4I systems, or international acquisition.
  • Proven ability to perform in a high-paced, competitive international environment.
  • Degree in business, international relations, or a related field.
