Join TuneIn’s Data Science team and help shape the future of audio!

We’re expanding our presence in Poland and looking for a curious, collaborative, and impact-driven Data Science Analyst to join our 3-person team. At TuneIn, Data Science is at the core of how we build products, engage listeners, and make strategic decisions. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-rich environment—analyzing billions of data points from user behavior, building dashboards, and surfacing insights that directly influence product development and business performance.

With a high reach of 75 MM monthly active users, 1.3 B monthly listening hours, 200+ connected surfaces, and presence in over 200 countries & territories, we believe your contributions can have a meaningful impact in helping us transform the way people consume live audio around the world.

Note about working hours : Due to the global distribution of our teams, this role requires a flexible work schedule from 12 PM to 8 PM local time in Poland. This schedule ensures a two-hour daily overlap with our US-based team, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration on cross-functional projects. The adjusted hours are essential for maintaining alignment and effective teamwork across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of analytical work experience in consulting, business intelligence, analytics, or an equivalent analyst position.
  • A bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, or other similar disciplines is a plus.

Skills & Technical Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in SQL; experience with Python is a plus.
  • Experience with project management, data visualization tools, and platforms.
  • Experience with data-driven storytelling and data-driven insights.
  • E-commerce, subscription, and advertisement data experience is a plus.
  • Consumer mobile applications experience is a plus.

    Create reporting solutions (e.g. dashboards) for business leaders and team members, turning data into an actionable and compelling narrative with visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) - including the design and development of data tables to support them., Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to inform our strategy going forward., Design and implement metrics representing the quality, value, and performance of our business for consumption across the company at all levels., Drill into data anomalies to understand and communicate the root cause of issues, while identifying areas where additional data would resolve ambiguities in our understanding., Synthesize and share how the TuneIn user experience is represented in our data in fine detail., Analyze product and business success metrics, monitoring, and surfacing drivers of KPIs., Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences and revenue generation.] Requirements : SQL, Analytical skills, Dashboarding, Data visualization tools, Phyton Tools : Jira.
