Retail Planning Specialist

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Planning Specialist to help drive our retail strategy through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. If you’re passionate about understanding customer behavior and optimizing sales performance, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities :

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product sales performance

Recommend and plan promotional investments to maximize ROI

Analyze key performance indicators related to sales and sell-out (e.g., flooring, shelf share)

Support the execution of retail strategy in close collaboration with the sales team

Work daily with sales, marketing, and product management teams

Our Requirements :

Strong analytical mindset and deductive reasoning skills

2–3 years of experience in sales analysis, category management, or channel management

Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Solid understanding of customer behavior and the retail environment

Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
