Description

  • The role's objective is to define the overall business strategy, mid-term and annual plans and lead the cross functional team to deliver the budgeted financial goals. Full P&L market accountability
  • Reports within the matrix structure
  • Ensures market understanding and analysis to define business gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and implement a clear business plans to achieve growth targets by understanding markets, market trends, customer needs, competition, developing strategic relationship with customers and within industry
  • Responsible for the management of the P&L; drive market share and profitable growth
  • Works closely with the distribution partner to ensure perfect marketing and commercial execution
  • Responsible for exploring and initiating new business opportunities and innovations in the country, evaluate and improve existing sales strategies in order to reach / maintain profitable market share and achieve revenue and profit objectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of Respect for People, Developing Team and Embracing Operational Excellence mindset to drive a results and accountability to meet customer needs and performance expectations
  • Foster a one-company-culture to create a positive working climate / atmosphere based on the core values, a safe work environment and increase the colleague engagement
  • Ensure organization's activities and operations are carried out in compliance with policies, local and country laws and regulations governing business operations

Profile

  • More than 10 years of experience in progressive commercial and / or marketing roles in international companies in retail / consumer goods / distribution sectors
  • Track record in managing a complex organization with P&L responsibility
  • Ability to analyse markets, customer needs and establish a commercial strategy to rapidly growing market
  • High energy, action-oriented personality who can build, inspire and motivate a team in an evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams - the ideal candidate can work bottom-up through people due to his / her inspirational leadership style
  • Excellent competencies in understanding consumer behaviour and building sales
  • Ability to negotiate, compromise, and influence different levels of organization including senior executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the flexibility to operate well in a rapidly changing, often high-pressure environment markets
  • Languages : fluency in English and Polish
