Your daily tasks will include
Maintaining the smooth operation of the Front Office and the work of the Office
Co-organizing workshops, office meetings, breakfasts, integration - the possibility of implementing your ideas - in cooperation with the EB and Communication Department.
Taking care of the efficient flow of company documents and their processing in cooperation with the Administration and Legal Departments.
Coordinating the organization of employees' business trips.
Coordinating simple settlements - cooperation with the FIN and ADM departments.
Developing existing Front Office processes.
Cooperation with other BackOffice departments.
The following will make you succeed in this role
At least 2 years of experience in Reception / Customer Service roles
Thinking and acting out of box ️Acting out of the box
High level of independence, proactivity, and teamwork skills,
At least English on the B1 / B2 level
