Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Product Owner role, preferably in dynamic, cross-functional Agile environments.
Language Skills : Fluent English is a must – C1 or higher level in both spoken and written communication, with the ability to work effectively in English-speaking teams and with international stakeholders.
Requirements Elicitation & Management : Proven ability to lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Expertise in creating clear and concise documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset : Strong analytical skills with a talent for dissecting complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending value-driven improvements. You can see both the big picture and the fine details.
Exceptional Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You are equally comfortable facilitating a technical discussion with developers as you are presenting a business case to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management : A natural relationship-builder with a proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations, navigating competing priorities, and fostering a collaborative environment.
SDLC Methodologies : Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Agile Requirements & Backlog Management : Deep expertise in the end-to-end process of user story creation. This includes translating high-level business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, skillfully breaking down large epics into manageable units, and leading backlog refinement sessions with development teams to ensure clarity, consensus, and readiness for development.
Requirement & Collaboration Tools : High proficiency with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Diagramming & Modeling : Experience creating process flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Miro, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq.
