We are pleased to offer a summer internship programmme in our Warsaw office, aimed at young lawyers enabling them to gather relevant experience and preparation for work in a legal environment. If you're keen to embark on a career in law, a summer internship with us could be the perfect stepping stone.

What to expect :

Preparation of analysis, legal research, legal opinions and presentations in the field of civil, administrative, commercial and energy law;
Supporting lawyers in the preparation of legal due diligence, including renewable energy projects;
Supporting senior lawyers in M&A transactions, including the preparation of documents related to the transaction and corporate governance of commercial companies;
Contact with courts, authorities, public administration bodies and notaries regarding ongoing projects.

The programme :

Internships will be held in a monthly cycle (either in July, August or September). The programme offers you the opportunity to gain experience in many areas of law, working alongside lawyers of different experience and specialization, whilst taking into account individual preferences.

After the summer internship, for those who demonstrate willingness, commitment, ability to work in a team, cooperation with other lawyers, you'll be given the opportunity of continued employment on mutually agreed terms, taking into account academic responsibilities.

Key requirements :

You must be a student in your 3rd, 4th, or 5th year

Have knowledge of basic issues of civil law and commercial company law;

Knowledge of spoken and written English (working in an international environment).

Ability to organize work time

Ability to think analytically and argue

Commitment to assigned projects, accuracy and attention to detail

Openness to new tasks, flexibility and communication skills
