technologies-expected :

responsibilities :

develop and maintain our Android app,

collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX / UI Designers, and fellow developers,

contribute to technical decisions for the mobile roadmap,

plan and deliver work in 2-week Agile sprints,

mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews,

ensure the app is secure, fast, and well-structured,

define and track team and personal goals,

continuously improve our tools, processes, and collaboration practices.

requirements-expected :

5+ years of hands-on experience in Android development (Kotlin / Java),

strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, XML, and modern app architecture

solid experience with WebViews and hybrid mobile components,

fluency in reading and understanding technical documentation in English,

proactive mindset and ability to identify potential issues early,

interest in product value and business goals — not just the code,

experience working in Agile teams (Scrum),
