MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Tier 1 Support
  • Omni-channel agent – must be able to support tickets and chats with customers.
  • Provide customers with complete and accurate resolutions to problems.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or C1 Dutch.
  • English B2.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Readiness to work 24 / 7 after training.
