    • About the project

    We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Full-Stack Developer to join a long-term project for a global banking client.

    Location : Hybrid – 1–2 days / week in Warsaw office

    Rate : Up to 200 PLN / h B2B

    Client : International banking sector

    Your responsibilities

  • You will work in an international, collaborative environment where your expertise will help shape mission-critical financial systems.

    • Our requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in application development using the Java technology stack
  • Deep knowledge of TypeScript and Angular
  • Proven experience with the Spring Framework
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Solid grasp of the end-to-end software development lifecycle
  • Prior experience as a technical lead
  • English at B2+ level or higher
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a leadership attitude
  • Capable of leading a team of approx. 5 developers

    • Optional

  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Stencil for web components
  • Hands-on knowledge of test automation and QA best practices
  • Understanding of Securitization or financial instruments
