We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Manager working mainly for the Swiss Market. You will be in frequent contact with different stakeholders to support the Swiss COO and CIO in answering queries and producing status reports on various topics like :
- IT Controls and KCI
- Cost allocations and recharges to Business entities
- Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance
- IT Applications consumed by Swiss Business entities
- IT Impairments linked to the consuming Business entities
- Major IT Deliveries impacting the Business entities
- IT Delivery Services materiality assessments
- Intra Group Service Agreement breaks
- Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland
- Swiss IT Procedure recertification
- Swiss hosted vulnerabilities management

Efficient across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePointSignificant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme / project office or in a delivery capacityExpected to be point of excellence in : action follow up, management reporting, data analysis and data governance required by regulators, delivery service management, risk amp; issue managementExpected to be best practice in : stakeholder management, process management, communication and escalation when appropriate, milestone trackingCompetent in : cost and recharge management, change tracking amp; review, governanceFinancial Services / Banking knowledge – desirableWhat's in it for you?
