The company we are recruiting for is an international manufacturing well-recognized company with growing business operations in Europe. For their Center of Excellence, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of EMEA Internal Auditor to join the team.
Description
- Conducting all phases of operational, compliance and financial audits, including reviews of business processes, segregation of duties, IT security, procedures and global controls across different business units within the organization,
- Participating in audit planning, performing walk-through to gain end-to-end understanding of the business process, preparing audit working papers,
- Identifying audit findings, resolving issues and recommending improvements to process on both local and corporate level,
- Improving the quality of the internal audit department's performance and the level of service to the organization,
- Support Internal Audit Management in defining the Group operational audit strategy and plan through risk assessment and collaboration with auditee management
- Providing recommendations on control environment and related business processes,
- Developing and redefining audit toolkit (templates, tools, data repositories),
- Performing projects of varying complexity and business focus as directed by Audit
- Committee and senior management, including special investigations.
Profile
Min. 4 years of experience in Auditing / Internal Control or areas like Controlling, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Business Process Improvement Project and University DegreeBig4 and / or manufacturing experience as an assetVery good English skills - min. B2 upper intermediate level (written and spoken),Strong Excel knowledge as a mustAvailability to travel internationally up to 25 / 30% (mainly across Europe),Min. basic knowledge of SAP,Strong organizational and analytical skills,Independent personality, assertive attitude, and self-confidence,Communicativeness - ability to communicate with people from different countries, environments, levels, e.g. top management.Job Offer
