Leading the development and regular updates of the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Framework, ensuring its applicability across different business models
Coordinating global transfer pricing documentation processes and supporting local teams in preparing Local Files and intercompany agreements
Acting as a key contact for global transfer pricing matters, including audits, tax authority queries, and pricing challenges
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Controlling, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment between policy and actual business activities
Monitoring changes in international tax regulations and assessing their impact on the group's transfer pricing strategy
Providing support for transfer pricing aspects of new business models and cross-border transactions
International well-recognized manufacturing companyFluent English
degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field,
minimum 3 years of experience in a transfer pricing role within a global organization or advisory firm,
proven experience with transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile / Local File), policy development, and benchmarking,
strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax compliance,
hands-on mindset with the ability to manage projects from start to finish,
skilled in analyzing financial data; experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus),
effective communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills,
fluent in English
