Your role

As a part of the payroll team, you will be responsible for :

  • Preparation of contracts and other documents related to employment
  • Entering and updating of personnel data in the HR and payroll system - CDN Optima
  • Assistance in the calculation of salaries and the preparation of payroll
  • Documentation archivisation

    • Do we have a match?

    As an Intern Payroll Specialist you must meet the following criteria :

  • Basic knowledge of labour law and social insurance regulations as well as issues related to payroll calculation
  • Very good computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
  • Fluent proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and satisfaction from working with people
  • Good organization of own work, conscientiousness

    • Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves :

  • One year of experience in a similar position
  • Studying in the field of Finance and Accounting, Administration, or Labor Law.
