Your responsibilities

Support our clients in successful delivery of large, groundbreaking, complex & long-term infrastructure investment projects with effective construction monitoring and management services,
Lead and manage client engagements focusing on infrastructure construction management services in the area of cost controlling, including :
Contribution to development of cost control processes and data structures for large-scale infrastructure projects,
Preparation and / or review of baseline cost budget for infrastructure & construction projects,
Preparing interim cost forecasts and monthly liquidity, cost and budget reports, Earned Value Management as well as updating the project CBS structure,
Carrying out appropriate analyses (plan / target / actual), includingdevelopment of measures and recommendations for project management with the stakeholders,
Close communication with accounting and data maintenance in SAP, coordinating invoicing process and carrying out invoice audits,
Monitoring project changes vs agreed baselines and cost control data structures,
Cooperating closely with various teams (incl. risk management, schedule management & project management) and stakeholders and ensure that our clients can implement their major construction projects successfully and efficiently in accordance with the project goals,
Support in design and optimization of service delivery model and process flow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Our requirements

Proficiency in German and English,

Relevant engineering / financial / economic degree and 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and management of medium and large infrastructure and construction projects, or in a comparable controlling environment,

Strong, practical work experience in the area of cost controlling of infrastructure and construction projects,

In-depth knowledge of commercial planning and control in the area of infrastructure and large-scale investments construction,

Confidence in using industry-specific software and key relevant MS Office products,

Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders,

Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously,

Availability to travel and work in the project offices for an average of three days per week.
