Job description

For NATEK Poland we are looking for Service Coordinator who will be dedicated to project in the Infrastructure Services Industry.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating change and service requests, attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests, maintaining documentation up-to-date.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact internal IT teams for all types of service requests
  • Coordination of all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of resources, supporting planning of on-call duties and attendances
  • Document service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
  • Coordinate service requests process and proactively communicate with internal technical teams
  • Communication with customers as required : keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Improve usage and increase productivity of IT support resources
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
  • Report the utilization of IT resources and successful completion of service requests to management

Our requirements

  • ITIL certification is strong advantage
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or similar field
  • Understanding the process of service requests creation
  • Strong customer service approach and focus on satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Basic computer and operating system knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
