For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

AR Finance Specialist – German & English (Hybrid Role)

Workplace : Włocławek

Duties :

Execute cash collection activities, monitor payment methods, process manual invoice entries, and prepare financial reports, including tracking of overdue balances.

Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and compliance.

Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or similar financial roles

Fluent in German (C1 / C2) and communicative in English (minimum B2 level)

University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including reporting, VLOOKUP, and pivot table functionality
