Your tasks
- Be the first point of contact for schools and business customers on site and ensure that their IT runs smoothly
- Analyze errors independently, find solutions and create fault reports if necessary

- Keep systems up and running : Carry out maintenance and administrative tasks
- Share your knowledge! Create helpful documentation and maintain the knowledge database
