Corporate Finance Associate - Expansion - Warsaw, Poland

With rapid growth in mind, CIC is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate - Business Development to drive the financial analysis and modeling that drives strategic decisions around launching and operating new business initiatives.In this role, you will own the financial underwriting of new deals and transactions - developing models, analyzing key data, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. Reporting to the Director of Global Expansion , you will work closely with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate partnership opportunities and ensure data-backed decision-making throughout the expansion process.We are looking for someone who is a “spreadsheet wizard” who enjoys focusing much of their work on building, refining, and customizing financial models (especially in real estate) to adapt them to specific projects. You should be aware of and thoughtful about the real meaning behind the numbers. The smallest detail, such as an error in units or magnitude for an input, should leap out at you. Leveraging this skills, you should have a super-power enabling you to produce rock-solid, 100% error free work, every time. But you should have humble, collaborative attitude, happy to take a colleague carefully through your work to double check it. You should have an intuitive sense for whether a model is reflecting reality correctly, and a knack for seeing past the complexities of the model to its underlying essence. Through this you should be able to explain how it works to non financial professionals using simple terms. You should be able to highlight your model's simplifications and shortcomings. Finally, you should have business sense, enabling you to make helpful suggestions for how to improve the finances for a business you are modeling. • Take full ownership of building, testing, and refining financial and economic models for new business initiatives at CIC - including product launches, sales strategies, and funding opportunities.
• Drive financial modeling and strategic analysis to support decision-making across CIC’s global expansion efforts, including providing financial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support and advise the Director of Global Expansion and CIC teams on expansion-related financial decision-making - including contributing financial modeling and analytics during partnership exploration, and serving as the go-to expert for data-driven insights on new venture viability.
• Take the lead on financial structuring support in the negotiation of new projects and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CIC’s Finance and Operations teams to integrate your financial projections and forecasts into company-wide planning and execution processes for launching new centers.
• Own forecasting responsibilities for new initiatives, contribute to annual budgeting processes, and lead variance analysis for expansion programs. ABOUT YOU CIC seeks highly capable, self-directed individuals who employ a high level of autonomy in their work.You are someone who :

• A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Consulting.
• A proven track record of contributing to complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in financial modeling and pricing strategies.
• Strong ability to use data and financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
• Comfort working directly with and presenting to senior executives, both internally and externally.
