Opis pracy

Currently looking for Danish , Finnish , Norwegian and Swedish speaker Customer Advisor Specialist to join our exciting project in the Television and Entertainment industry. This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw, starting mid-April.

We Offer a permanent contract with our Client in Warsaw with potential for career development in the Television and Entertainment industry, competitive salary + benefits on employment contract (MyBenefit / Multisport, LuxMed, language classes, group insurance)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide customer support for a leading streaming company
Handle inquires related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders

Requirements :

Fluency in Danish / Finnish / Norwegian or Swedish (C1 +), and English (B2 +)

At least 6 months of experience in customer service

Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset

Basic administrative and technical knowledge

Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 9 : 00 - 19 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00 - 16 : 00)
