Digital Media Specialist Your role
Are you a passionate performance marketing and SEO expert, with experience inplex global organizations? Do you know how to drive performance across search and social media and build a strategy that maximizes both paid and organic on those channels?
We're looking for someone to form a key part of our Digital Media team as we expand our capabilities in this space to help us with following :
- Supporting the Digital Media and SEO Lead, you will be responsible for executing and managingprehensive Search Engine Marketing and Social Media marketing strategies that align with global business priorities. This includes overseeing daily operations, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between various teams to achieve targeted oues.
- Deliver both paid social media campaigns and Search Engine Advertising campaigns including working on account configuration and optimization
- Perform keyword research and optimization against key channel objectives for each campaign
- Drive SEO success through continued engagement with teams including content and web teams
- Working closely with agency, perform technical SEO analysis and audits and prioritized findings with technology
- Form part of matrix team tasked to deliver core always-on activities and campaign executions
- Manage Social Media content calendar - ensuring all relevant stakeholders kept informed throughout
- Deliver social media training to Rockstars and ensure effective management of Rockstar program through continuedmunications
- Support delivery of Sales Navigator platform success
- Deliver insights and reports across all activity and actively encourage continued learning across all performance media channels
Your team
You'll be working in the Asset Management, Global Digital Client Engagement and Transformation team. We are a passionate and dynamic digital team who focus on all digital client engagement touchpoints including marketing automation, optimizing user journeys on our websites and multi-channel performance marketing activity. We advocate a data-led strategy and effective use of insights and analytics across all touch points to support business ambition. We work closely together with the corporate digital and brand teams and develop digital marketing standards which follow best practices in online customer behavior, usability and marketing effectiveness.
Your expertise
Financial Industry / B2B experience preferredStrong technical experience across Performance Marketing channels with the ability to configure and optimize the platforms formercial successExperience across Google Marketing stack including keyword research, bid strategies and data optimizationExperience administering LinkedIn platforms - covering advertising and sales specific functionalityStrong technical and content SEO knowledge with experience managing both elements inplex, multi-lingual, global web estatesExperience defining and managing social media strategies inplex, regulated global organizations - including staff enablement activity and brand / marketingExperience delivering always-on and campaigns across multiple channels and in multiple countries and marketsYou are :
