Senior / Lead Fullstack PHP Developer

Responsibilities :

• Build and collaborate ideas with the team to make the User Experience easier and better for the end user
• Ensure PHP Codes, HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Create complicated queries and stored procedures for supporting frontend development
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API using SOAP and REST
• Communicate effectively about progress on each task, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep the Team Leader and Project Director well informed of the status of the development effort.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Analyze, present, and recommend efficient libraries to use that will best suit the requirements of the projects & and contribute to meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Simplify site navigations
• Leadership collaboration with TL in the Philippines
• Helping the team develop their skills
• Cooperation with CTO when needed
• Help growing the team in the future
