  • We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform’s performance, implementing new modules, and supporting end-users. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and improve the overall efficiency of the organization’s IT operations.

  • MD rate : 160 - 220 EUR
  • responsibilities :

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and upgrades.
  • Implement and manage ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into IT service performance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
  • requirements-expected :

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) for workflow automation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
