Description

Requirements Who we are looking for

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications, Power Apps and Power Automate, excellent communication skills and growth mindset.

Must have :

Min. 2 years of experience in working with the Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform-based solutions, ideally as a functional consultant, business analyst, system configurator or administrator
In-depth knowledge of Power Apps or Dynamics 365 CRM applications (ideally both, but experience in one or the other is a must) and Power Automate
Extensive experience in low-code configuration of model-driven PowerApps or Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including : data model, forms, views, charts, business process flows, workflows and business rules
Experience in business analysis and system requirements creation
C1 level in spoken and written English

Nice to Have :

German language

Experience in working in Agile methodology

Experience with XRMToolbox

Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Custom Pages, Power BI, AI-builder, Copilot Studio

MS certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM or Azure

Your future role

Working on client projects as functional Dynamics 365 or Power Platform consultants, responsible for business analysis, system design and configuration, administration, and support

Collaborating closely with end users, product owners, and developers to ensure the solution delivers value to the client

Facilitating analytical workshops, gathering and refining business requirements, and preparing documentation

Supporting RFI and RFP response preparation, including high-level requirements analysis, as well as demo or proof of concept (PoC) preparation and presentation

Ongoing professional development focused on deepening expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products.
