How you will create an impact :
Manage and maintain schedules (Outlook), including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls with stakeholders from around the world.Arrange and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Handle expenses, including reconciling expense reports and submitting invoices for payment.Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inquiries and directing communication as appropriate.Entering data and proposals into the CRM system.About you :
You have excellent communication skills in French on a business level (C2) or you are nativeYou have excellent communication skills in English on a business level (C1)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology.Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders.Proactive approach and a strong focus on assistance and problem-solving.Proven experience providing executive-level support, preferred in consulting environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
