Opis pracy
  • Managing complex international projects in web content, digital, video, print, POSM, eCommerce production content factory operations.
  • Setup of new Client, defining the operating model, process, briefing and communication workflow
  • Roll-out of new global Clients across each local market involved.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with the Client.
  • Managing a team of employees (direct and dotted line).
  • Controlling and taking responsibility of the quality and efficiency of the teams’ work.
  • Being a brand standards guardian, making sure work and feedback implemented by a team is in line with brand’s standards.
  • Preparing and presenting the offers in accordance with the agreed standards.
  • Being responsible for the financial results of the team
  • Mapping possibilities for business development & acquisition of new budgets
  • Preparing forecasts, project schedules, plan resources
  • Delivering on budget executions, monitoring projects’ profitability.
  • Reporting the results of work to the supervisor.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Director or several years as an Account Supervisor in an advertising agency or in the marketing department on the Client’s side.
  • Fluent business English spoken and written is a must
  • Experience in working with an international Client.
  • Proficiency in conducting integrated communication strategies in the field of Digital / Production.
  • Ability to manage working time, budgets and the development of a team of several employees.
  • Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with Clients.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing international environment.
  • Very good and efficient time management and planning skills.
  • Self-starter, fast-learner & can-do spirit.
  • Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
