One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Manager in Poland .

We are seeking a driven and commercially-minded Account Manager to join a global fintech team focused on transforming digital payments. In this strategic role, you’ll work with a dynamic portfolio of fast-growing clients, cultivating long-term partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a results-oriented dealmaker, helping merchants unlock the full potential of modern payment solutions. If you enjoy working across borders, developing innovative strategies, and taking ownership of client success, this is the role for you.

Accountabilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing merchants, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Convert new leads into long-term, high-value partners across diverse eCommerce sectors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading strategic conversations and commercial negotiations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in high-level discussions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer feedback is shared internally to influence product improvements and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate across teams and regions to create scalable, customer-focused processes.
  • Support a culture of knowledge-sharing, performance, and teamwork within the commercial function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally in fintech, eCommerce, or digital services.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Solid understanding of the payments landscape, especially in emerging markets.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Comfort working with international clients and cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and building long-term value.
