Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Supporting the Programme Manager to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives
- RAID monitoring and escalation to successful resolution
- Managing and monitoring of delivery governance arrangements adhering to Change Framework
- Monitoring, reporting and managing delivery budgets and expenditure – monthly portfolio governance meeting
- Review all Change Request for Data control forum and preparation of business cases submitted for Triage reporting.
- Effective running of the Programme governance – weekly connects with sponsor and monthly governance meetings
- Proactively tracking benefits and against committed targets
- Promoting quality reporting on delivery status updates, milestones and upholding reporting guidelines and standards
- Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
- Providing support for delivery setup, on-going tracking and closure activities. Act as the independent facilitator for delivery post implementation review
- Acting as the Change Framework SME, providing advice, managing all internal communications and promoting / delivering training for the deployment of methodology changes
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Jira and Confluence
Kogo poszukujemy?
Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO roleExperience of working in data-related change, preferably within financial services is preferredWorking knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc) is essentialExperience with agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Proven ability to influence, and build relationships with stakeholders (IT and Business) at all levelsacross within a global matrix organisation modelStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to co-ordinate and analyse multiple project and work stream dataProven experience of designing and implementing process improvement at Portfolios or Programmes.Proficient in spoken and written EnglishKraków, Hybrid mode : 2 days in office, 3 days remote per week
