Our growth over the coming few years is expected to be exponential across all our divisions and software platforms, hence we’re looking for a skilled Lead PHP Developer who will be able to help us in implementing and leading various projects for our current and future clients.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

• Working as a senior software engineer in PHP / Symfony projects
• Applying and maintaining software development best practices within the team
• Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery.
• Actively participate in daily development team huddles for discussions on developments / progress
• Engage in technical discussions and collaborative problem-solving to devise innovative solutions for complex data handling and visualization issues
• Collaborate directly with the Frontend team to ensure coherent implementation and functionality
• Assist front-end team delivery of React front-end by liaising and coordinating back-end API work accordingly
• Complete tasks and sprints and update status in JIRA, ensuring timely project progress.
