This role is embedded in a data transformation programme aimed at redefining how the business consumes reporting and analytics.

The Product Manager will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping shape the future of data reporting within a large-scale retail context.

Comfortable working in Agile teams using JIRA or similar tools.

Focus Areas :

Retail Sector Expertise – Insight into the UK retail landscape
Transformation Projects – Experience migrating legacy systems to next-gen solutions
Data Integration Products – Ability to handle backend data flows, APIs, cloud-based data distribution, and legacy system integration
Supply Chain Understanding – Familiarity with depot / store operations and how data enables end-to-end supply chain efficiency
Jira / Confluence excellent knowledge
data migration knowledge
retail / Finance projects experience
Micro strategy - a reporting tool based on AI for data extraction knowledge
Reporting in general
AI exposure / projects experience

Nice to have :

Previous experience in data product ownership and reengineering reporting tools

Familiarity with retail reporting needs and KPIs is highly desirable

Understanding of backend data systems, APIs, and integration patterns
