Opis pracy

This is your opportunity to work in a scaled agile environment within international teams developing high-tech solutions for the medical hearing health care sector.

You will be responsible for the design of APIs and developing platform components for domain logic and / or platform infrastructure. For your work, you will apply the latest technologies such as Protobuf, gRPC and Rust.

Your successful application of design patterns based on business requirements is a key factor in the overall development process. You will also actively contribute to the architectural evolution of our infrastructure to ensure its sustainability.

Your tasks :

  • Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and operate software application platform components
  • Support teams using the platform for desktop and mobile applications development
  • Contribute to an agile, people-driven culture and environment

Your profile :

  • 5+ years solid experience development in C# or Rust
  • BSc / MSc degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
  • Proven expertise in building high quality, reliable, secure, and scalable services
  • Expertise in designing APIs and developing platform components for domain logic and / or infrastructure
  • Resilient personality, striving to make sensible technical decisions and progress with just-enough information and embracing change in a constructive way, dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Result-oriented team player with a pragmatic approach and good communication skills, willing to work effectively in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge about the following below is a plus :
  • Systems development of software application products, hardware products and integration with other hardware and software systems.
  • Polyglot software development
  • Agile environment and rituals
  • SaMD, IEC 62304 software standard
  • Health care industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
