Your main tasks as Sourcing Manager will include the following :
- Manages the Additives category where focus is to secure Company needs on time at the right volumes and right price.
- Manages a Team of direct materials for the EMEAI region.
- Coordinate with the direct teams across Europe and the other regions to ensure alignment on categories, tools & processes.
- Leads the yearly cost savings strategy development and implementation.
- Support direct categories strategies and goals achievement.
- Lead the EMEAI Additive category developing database collection, build a raw material cost structure, supporting businesses and R&D.
- Lead a direct team having accountability of the results.
- Negotiate and design the applicable contracts when needed in alignment with legal.
- Regularly collect feedback from program involved sites & stakeholders.
- Develop and implement Year over Year cost savings across region.
- Reports on a monthly base the progresses achieved on the in-year cost savings plan and Sustainability status.
- Report and document each new cost saving achieved using the corporate reporting system.
- Ensure the consolidation of all direct contracts implemented in the EMEAI region.
- Manage and solve any direct related issues by driving the stakeholder supplier collaboration.
- Review for approval new suppliers set up direct related.
- Develops appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with purchasing management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, monitors compliance with these areas.
- Supervise staff including (but not limited to) hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and determining disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Administering multiple purchasing programs.
- Negotiating and monitoring contracts.
- Applying comprehensive purchasing principles and practices.
- Developing, administrating the yearly cost savings in order to reach the direct category targets.
- 4 to 6 years of professional sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply chain or equivalent education and experience.
- Working with senior management.
- Ability to work across EMEAI region (including Middle East, Africa and India) with an understanding of business and cultural differences.
- Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required.
