Test Manager – FMS Transformation (Remote)

We are looking for anbsp; Senior Test Manager nbsp;to join a large-scalenbsp; Finance Management System (FMS) transformation program nbsp;for a leading global retailer. This transformation is a critical initiative, and there is a strong need to reinforce Test Leadership capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across project phases.

In this role, you will focus onnbsp; End-to-End Business Process Testing , a key component of every release cycle. You will work closely with Capability Teams and Co-Creation teams to coordinate, support, and secure test execution aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate allnbsp; End-to-End testing activities nbsp;for the FMS transformation.
• Collaborate with Capability and Co-Creation teams to ensurenbsp; business flows are accurately reflected nbsp;per release.
• Secure test execution resources from Capability Teams.
• Manage and source relevantnbsp; test data nbsp;for End-to-End execution.
• Support criticalnbsp; Extended Business Validation nbsp;efforts, acting as a facilitator for both the Co-Creation team and business stakeholders.
• Identify End-to-End Business Flows that can benbsp; automated .
• Contribute to the test automation strategy to enable long-termnbsp; regression testing nbsp;capabilities.
