Monitoring and analyzing key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, development, salary structure) focusing on Production and Warehouse departments
Collaborating with department leaders to address performance issues and identify employee development opportunities
Leading the HR team across two locations and overseeing daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, training, and upskilling
Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards
Supervising talent acquisition processes, especially for production roles
Collaborating with international HR teams to share best practices and contribute to overall HR success
Working with the Group Senior HR Vice President to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent retention, career development, and succession planning
Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and continuous employee improvement
Assessing organizational needs and implementing training and development programs in cooperation with the Group's HR department in Denmark

Proficient English skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
Higher education (preferably in Management, Human Resources, Law, Administration or related fields)
At least 2 years in a similar HR managerial role
2-3 years of HR experience in a production company (Specialist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager)
Practical knowledge of labor law and social security regulations (ZUS)
Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Basic understanding of corporate finance and salary cost analysis
Skills in mapping, understanding, and optimizing HR processes
