Your responsibilities :
- Conducting thorough testing of applications built in CRM Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and websites, across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices to ensure their functionality, usability, and performance meet specified requirements.
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to effectively validate web application features, functionality, and user interfaces.
- Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects, bugs, and issues using bug tracking systems and work closely with the development team to ensure their resolution.
- Document and communicate test results, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, project teams, and clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our web-based products and services.
- Providing step-by-step instructions and guidance to clients for utilizing our web applications effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues using a ticketing system.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
Our requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience in applications testing, including functional testing, usability testing, performance testing, and cross-browser / cross-platform testing.Experience in a support or technical support role, preferably in a software or web-based product environment.Knowledge of CRM systems, preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web hosting platforms. (Sitecore recommended)Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), web development frameworks, and responsive design principles.Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages, knowledge of Azure DevOps, is a plus.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web applications.Open, creative, well-organized, and proactive attitude,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluent EnglishWhat we offer :
