We are currently looking for a Senior L&D Specialist to join our international team.
Design training and communication material
- Develop learning journeys for different target groups around personal and leadership development
- Create face to face training and trainer material for different topics like personal development, managerial skills and topics linked to our HR processes like Performance management or Engagement.
- Create e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline or other tools
Program facilitation, coaching and training
Train individuals and teams on different topics like personal development, managerial skills and topics linked to our HR Processes. Includes facilitating programs like : Performance Management, Feedback training, manager as coach and Insights DiscoveryCoach managers and employees using Insights DiscoveryL&D Business partner for selected Divisions
Complete the Learning Needs analysis to understand needs in division for target groupsDesign initiatives / programs based on the learning needs analysisImplement and deliver initiatives in collaboration with local HR and regional Talent teamWork with HR Directors to build strong IDP’s for identified talents and support Development Plans Campaign in the respective business unit.Manage, communicate about L&D Processes, offering and tools
Co-create EMEAI L&D processes (budget, analysis, scheduling, registering, cancellation with the L&D Manager, talent managerCommunicate about processes and offering within the organizationCoordinate L&D processes including onboarding in the regionWork with our preferred suppliersDeliver on regional projects related to talent and learning
Roll out the implementation of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity learning and training initiatives in the regionImplement global projects related to learning, learning systems in the regionSupport HRD’s in M&A processes on onboarding new acquired employeesCoordinate regional learning projects as a subject matter expert on learning and developmentBachelor’s degree in a relevant area like HR, Educational sciences, Business5 years’ experience in designing training and communication materials5 years’ experience in training and facilitation of different teams, groups of employeesExcellent planning and organization skillsFluent in English and Polish.
