Service Desk Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Ordering, preparing, and maintaining IT equipment (laptops, phones, projectors, screens, PDAs, thermal printers).
  • Managing "break & fix" tasks for the aforementioned units.
  • Installing and configuring devices.
  • Implementing new IT solutions and ensuring data security.
  • Conducting workshops and training for Office 365 users.
  • Providing on-site end-user support.
  • Building a knowledge base.
  • Supporting external projects.

Employer requirements

  • Two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Highly developed analytical and communication skills, a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks, and a "can do" attitude.
  • Positive attitude towards people, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking.
  • Experience in software implementation, LAN / Wi-Fi network supervision, and PDA / Thermal Printer configuration.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware construction and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment, including Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
