The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests about pharmaceutical products, solving the emerging issues via telephone, mail, chat

Ideal Profile

• You speak and write Spanish & Portuguese fluently (C1) and you speak English (at least B2).
• Medical background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies : pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.
• You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
• You have strong written communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
