We are seeking a C++ Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions. As a C++ Senior / Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs.
Your responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient and reliable C++ codeDevelop uncompromising software solutions for the clientCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsGuide the developers on code best practices and ensure the performance, robustness of the software applicationsWorking with Agile development methods and modern tools, participation in Agile ritualsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersWork closely with the Architects and contribute towards component requirementsProvide estimates and improve estimates over time using estimation techniques at a high level (Epics) as well as a detailed level (Tasks)Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8 to 12 years of professional experience in C++ developmentStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patternsExperience with software development tools and methodologiesPractical knowledge of development and CI tools and Unix / LinuxExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently, proactively, and as part of a teamSolid communication skills, both written and verbalWhat we offer
