Technical Team Lead (Clojure, Java)

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java, Scala or Clojure development (experience in Clojure is not mandatory, Java or Scala engineers eager to learn Clojure are welcome to apply).
• Strong proficiency in a full tech stack, including : Java, Clojure (willingness to learn), Kafka, SQS, Postgres, S3, Cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proactive leader with a strong can-do attitude.
• Effective mentor with strong team-building skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Additional advantages :

Knowledge of Go and JavaScript

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of 4-5 developers in the development of an advanced data collection platform (working with Clojure)

Address and solve complex technical challenges at scale.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver value-driven solutions.

Drive process optimization and improve system performance and scalability.

Participate in on-call cycles (production alerts and escalations from customer support).
