What you can expect :
- Employee management : You will manage a 15-strong team in a professional and disciplinary capacity
- Service responsibility : You are responsible for IT service management, including the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and ensuring service quality
- Regular reviews : You will conduct regular service review meetings to review SLAs and KPIs
- Clear escalation management : you take control of escalations - internally and towards customers and suppliers
- ITIL & further development of services : You are responsible for and optimize our ITIL-based service processes and systematically develop our managed services and network operation processes further
- Presales involvement : You support the calculation of offers and tenders
- Performance orientation : you monitor the service KPIs and continuously develop them further
