Are you passionate about training others and promoting Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards in a fast-paced logistics and automotive environment? Join DP World as a QEHS Launch Trainer and play a vital role in embedding our operational and compliance excellence across Europe. About the Role :

As a QEHS Launch Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging training on QEHS and operational standards during the launch phase of new business. You will ensure new employees and managers are well-prepared to meet DP World’s high-quality and safety expectations, supporting smooth business launches across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver training on QEHS and operational standards, including MHE operations and safety procedures
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires during launch projects
  • Support retraining needs and provide coverage during the training phase
  • Collaborate with site teams, HR, and management to ensure alignment and training effectiveness
  • Prepare and maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Assist in developing senior staff and management through tailored training sessions
  • Advise management on training strategies and employee development needs
  • Support business-as-usual (BAU) training initiatives when needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven knowledge of EHS and Quality standards (automotive or logistics industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in training delivery within logistics or automotive environments
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Willingness to travel 80% across the region
  • Fluent English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
