UX / UI Designer, Experience Design CoE Your role

Are you looking for a design challenge in an agile working environment? You will work within our Agile Delivery Organization and support the teams with the best user experience end to end. To do so, you will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, data analysts and other UX experts.

We're looking for UX / UI Designer, Experience Design CoE to :

  • design and deliver user-centered interfaces for digital banking platforms, ensuring exceptional usability and aesthetics
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders, and UX experts) to create user flows, prototypes, and wireframes
  • drive experience activities to use your strong design thinking and growth mindset to develop new digital experiences
  • advocate for design process, accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring designs cater to diverse user needs
  • work within Agile / Scrum teams to deliver high-quality designs in iterative development cycles

Your team

Channels and Platforms UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for new talents. You`ll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Client Experience Design & Optimization. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with product, channel and client need teams to shape client experiences while working agile in a hybrid model at UBS Wroclaw office and from home.

Your expertise

  • 5+ years in UX / UI design, with experience in financial or enterprise-level projects preferred
  • proficiency in Figma; familiarity with other tools like Sketch or InVision, is a plus
  • strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user research methodologies. Proficiency in creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed design specs
  • understanding of design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • experience with design thinking, A / B testing, and data-driven decision-making
  • degree in Design, HCI, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience
  • fluent in English with effective collaboration and presentation skills
