We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our EPAM Poland team and drive technology solutions that align with business objectives.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, lead the design of IT systems, and ensure successful implementation while maintaining a focus on innovation and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand and meet business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive project delivery within an Agile framework
- Conduct impact analysis for current and future states
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes
- Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews
- Create and maintain high-quality specification documentation
- Act as a liaison between business units and development teams
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions
- Support business growth by leveraging technology
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise software productsProficient in SQL for querying databases and performing data analysisExperience designing and working with APIs and system integrationsUnderstanding of the software development life cycleStrong knowledge of Agile practices and other software development methodologiesSkilled in requirement management and specification documentationExperience in business process modeling and analysis (e.g., UML)Proficiency in various Business Analysis techniques and toolsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with multiple business domains and processesQuick adaptation to new processes and standardsExcellent client management and stakeholder relationship skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary teamCapable of self-management and thorough work verificationHigh level of responsibility for deliverable qualityFluent in spoken and written EnglishNice to have
